Statement of commitment to child safety 

Jack and Jill Kindergarten Mosman, we recognise that every child has the right to
be protected from harm, feel and be safe. We acknowledge the role we play in
upholding children’s right as an agency for preventing abuse and protecting children
and young people.
Children’s safety is a shared responsibility within in service. Each member of staff
play a role in upholding the rights of the child individually and collectively. Ensuring
they are following guidelines set out by the United Nations Convention on the Rights
of the Child and NSW Office of the Childre’s Guardian: Child safe Standards.
We are committed to continuously improving our practices to improve safety and
wellbeing of all children in our services. We have set code of conduct, policy and
procedures directly relating to child protection, safety and reporting.
We take complaints, concerns and allegations regarding child safety seriously.
